Delivery

How are the pictures packaged and delivered?

We package them with bubble wrap then strong cardboard so your canvas gets delivered to you safely. The canvas is sent out with one of our specialist couriers who are fully insured.

When will I get my order?

We print all items to order. You can expect to receive your item within five working days. A confirmatory email is sent, when your item has left the warehouse.

Product Quality

How long will a canvas print last?

Our suppliers have been doing this for over 15 years, and they have developed the highest quality printing at the lowest cost. The canvases are printed on high-grade canvas and stretched across hand made kiln dried wood frames. They are printed with UV inks, so are resistant against fading. Your canvas will last a lifetime.

Returns

The clothes I ordered don’t fit, what are my options?

We will accept returns where there is a sizing issue, subject to the following conditions; Clothing should be in ‘as new’ condition. This means the item should not have been worn, outside of ‘trying it on’. If the clothing smells of fragrance, bodily odour or is stained or marked, we will not accept it for return.

As there is a comprehensive size guide on the site, and we remind you to check the size ordered, clothing returns are at your expense. Ill-fitting clothing is eligible for store credit or exchange.  

Alternatively, have you considered a diet?

My goods were faulty, what are my options?

Any goods that are faulty in manufacture or printing can be returned for a refund, store credit or replacement. We will cover any postage costs.

Shipping

What are your postage charges?

We don’t separate delivery costs. This is because we do not have a collection facility, so your order must be delivered to you.  This means there will be a delivery charge. We think it is simpler to know how much you are going to have to pay, without you finding out the price has jumped at the checkout.

The only reason we can see to add postage on at checkout is to make the item look cheaper, that seems a bit underhand.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, there is a list of countries on our check out page. If your country is not listed contact brains@chattychimp.co and we will see what we can do.

Please note that any import taxes or costs are the responsibility of the customer.
