The Chatty Chimp is an online, topical, poo flinging satirical news site, looking to carve out our little niche on the internet. So, our reporters spend their time writing stories about everyday life in the global Monkey House.

We love to give new writers a platform to have their work published. To urge funny people to put fingers to keyboard, in 250 words or less, and tell us something we hadn’t thought of. 

If you fancy giving it a go, we will be kind and encouraging.

Several of us started out but sending in satirical stories to online papers, just to see if we could get published. We did, it was fun so we carried on.

As for fame, fortune and what not. There really isn’t any. We’ve no income, we’re not operating on a commercial basis so paying anyone isn’t currently an option. You will get our endless thanks.

In a silly world like ours sometimes the only weapon we have is laughter.
