Mary Poppins has weighed into the debate about the proposed European Super League. She was asked for her opinions about the Super League whilst judging at an exhibition of pavement art.

Poppins is no stranger to controversy, having previously attacked government rules on sugar company sports sponsorship deals. She also attracted both criticism and plaudits for her stance on banking products targeted at young children.

A spokesperson for the proposed Super League didn’t seem overly concerned:
